今日の晩ご飯(05/11)


 

チキンカツ丼!

タマネギだけでなく、余っていたなめ茸と筍を水で煮て、タレ(だし汁、醤油、砂糖、ミリン)を加え、全体しんなりしたら、チキンカツ、溶き卵を加えて1分煮込んで完成。副菜にスーパーで売っている野菜の袋詰めを皿にあけ、ハムを載せて、ポン酢をかけた。
