昨夜の晩ご飯(2)鶏むね肉の甘辛酢炒め!

①鶏むね肉を一口大に切り、小麦粉を入れたビニール袋に入れて、まぶす。

②玉ねぎをみじん切りにし、①の鶏むね肉といっしょにフライパンで焼いて、焦げ目がついたら、醤油、みりん、酢の合わせ醤油で味付けをして完成。
