晩ご飯0629(鉄板焼)!


具材は大根、カボチャ、シイタケ、ベーコン、ジャガイモ、キャベツ、ウィンナー、イカ。

焼肉ならぬ野菜鉄板焼き!野菜をたくさん食べて健康に!

簡単でいい。ただ野菜を切って、鉄板に載せるだけ。
