トマト料理!

ミニトマトを十字に切り、細かく切ったキムチとチーズを中に入れ、冷蔵庫で冷やした、夏にぴったりのトマト料理。

大きめのトマトと卵と豚バラ肉を炒めた。はじめに卵を半熟にし、皿にとっておき、肉とトマトをフライパンで炒めてから、皿の卵を戻し、調味料(鶏ガラスープ)と水溶き片栗粉を加えて、完成!
