晩ご飯3月13日

ぶりの治部煮風を作った。シイタケ、大根を少し炒めた後、

ブリを載せ、醤油、味醂、砂糖、本だし、水を加え、10分ほど煮込む。

明太子を卵で包んだ。

茄子と玉ねぎをポン酢と塩コショウで炒めた。最後にぶりの治部煮風を丼に載せる。
