ふわとろたまごやき!

中がフワトロの卵焼きを作った。

卵3個で溶き卵を作り、ふりかけの塩昆布と塩少々と砂糖を混ぜた。

🍳に油を敷いて、溶き卵を入れて、しばらく、かき混ぜてから、フライパンを傾け巻いていく。

中はとろとろっとした状態のままだ。

お皿にレタスを敷き、その上に卵を横たわらせる。

どっしりとした存在感だ。

新ジャガの皮をむいて、薄く切り、鍋で10分ほど茹でて、ボウルに明けてつぶす。

マヨネーズ、バターを混ぜてかき混ぜたら完成!

冷凍のチキンナゲット!電子レンジで1分40秒でできあがり!
